Tonight I went and got a haircut.

We went to Zaxby's and got some fried pickles. They weren't very good.

And I took a picture of myself in the mirror.

We've got an opossum out in the cat house. We tried talking to him and I poked him with a large stick but he is having none of it. I even pried him off of the floor and all he did was bite the stick and hiss. We are at an impasse.

Thanks for sharing the photo of the fried pickles. I love fried pickles and if a restaurant has them on their menu, I'm going to give them a try. They don't look very good. Capt. D's has them now, and they are decent. I've found that Hooter's has the best fried pickles in Macon. However, I don't particularly like going to Hooters, so I hope to find a new favorite soon. Also, I am very interested to find out more on the possum drama. Did it stay all night? Do you think it has permanently taken up residence in your cat house?

They had that breading like you'd see at a fish fry which was really weird on fried pickles. We'd tried Sonic's version and they were pretty good. The opossum is gone this morning and one of the cats is in the cat house looking smug and victorious.

The fried pickles look very tasty. Maybe some other kind will taste better.Your opossum will come around as long as there is food out at night for him to eat. Feed the cats and remove the food til the next morning each day. We had one on the back porch when we left food out all nightand a raccoon.
