We had my birthday party today, and I got some awesome presents.

From 12-2010

Preludes and Nocturnes, the first graphic novel in the Sandman series and A Confederacy of Dunces. I've read the Sandman series several times but I haven't read A Confederacy of Dunces and I'm really looking forward to it! Thanks Mr Rick, Mrs Alice, and Ginger!

We also went out riding around looking at Christmas lights and ridiculous houses. On a related note, I have begun liking Charleston cottages!

hey, is that the new reprint of P&N? my copy looks totally different. interesting. i just reread mine and it totally holds up. hey and by the way- if you've never watched it you'd probably love "supernatural." erik kripke, the creator, cites neil gaiman as a big influence, along with star wars, urban legends, and horror films. i'm glad you had a great birthday, man. miss you guys!!!
