Here's a copy of Make: Electronics that I got as a review copy from a contest on Facebook with the Extech 381676 pen multimeter that I won from the Makezine blog's "Leave a Comment, Get Extech Loot" contest. I can't wait to get started on the projects in the book now that I have a good multimeter.

Cutting it close today! Here's something I've been working on/reading. I'm trying to learn electronics and also get back into programming. So far the books have been absolutely fantastic. I'm going to be writing a review of Make: Electronics soon so stay tuned for that!

Today we dropped off our car and picked up the rental. We got an Altima, so not bad! We won't be driving it much anyway. I dislike driving rental cars anyway, too many people have been driving and abusing them.

And, while we were eating lunch I got my review copy of Make: Electronics! I'm so excited! I've been playing with my Arduino and that's teaching me quite a bit but this book should give me a good understanding of electronics by keeping it in terms that make sense to me and also encouraging me to break things because really failure is a good teacher.
